When you create a report, pm previewer sends the contact an email with a link to a mobile-friendly survey. They fill in property details and upload room-by-room photos directly from their phone or computer. No account creation or app download is required on their end.

What does the AI photo analysis detect? ▼

The AI reviews each uploaded photo for potential issues such as stale or reused images, mismatches between the photo and the described room, and visible property concerns. Flagged items appear as annotations on the report so you can quickly assess what needs attention.

Can I share reports with clients or stakeholders? ▼

Yes. You can download a branded PDF report at any time and share it with clients or stakeholders via email or any method you prefer.

What happens if I run out of reports on my plan? ▼

Your report allowance resets each billing cycle. If you need more reports before your next renewal, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The Pro plan also supports overage reports at $2.50 each. Simply enable overages in your account settings to continue creating reports beyond your monthly limit.

Is my data secure? ▼

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely. Photos and documents are kept in encrypted cloud storage. Access is controlled through role-based permissions, so team members only see what they're authorized to view. Share links are time-limited and can only be generated by authorized users.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription? ▼
